Wait? Reports are not free?
I've already spent over an hour trying to get Explore working, only to come across broken links and eventually end up somewhere saying I now have to pay for any sort of reporting.
How is that OK? you can't possibly be saying that. I'm obviously confused.
I need a less than 10-step step-by-step on how to get reports reenabled for my account.

Sounds frustrating. What Zendesk package did you choose when you signed up? I think that will help in determining what is going on with your reports. I don't work for Zendesk but thought perhaps we could find the answer together.

I have Professional, and I think I've figured it out:
When I first followed the link to "Explore" it said something like "Try Professional for Free" and had a button. And I was confused since I already had professional, so I tried following all the links to learn more... Eventually I clicked the "try..." button and it loaded/converted everything for me.Have a great day!
