Feature Request: Like Facebook Comment

There is currently no way to "Like" Facebook comments via the Zendesk integration, therefore agents must use the Facebook Business interface (or alternate) to like posts. This is frustrating as we need a single system which can provide all of the required integrations to avoid agents having to access multiple systems to perform their daily tasks.

    I echo this, the integration is extremely limited and does not feel as though it makes sense to use as best practice.

    I very much agree with this post. We would really benefit from a feature that allows us to like posts on Facebook, instead of switching between workspaces.
