Call back feature in live chat

I think it would be great if customers could contact us via live chat, and then be given the option to request a call back. Doing this would open up a schedule tool for them to select the next available date and time - then book in a 10 minute slot.
Agents could then see this calendar and either manually (or auto-magically) reserve time to make the calls.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. Have you tried using the callback feature on the Web Widget already for Zendesk Talk? You can learn more about that feature here:

Currently, we have no immediate plans to offer a call scheduling feature while on an ongoing chat.Thanks,
