Sharp decrease on active visitors
Did anyone see the situation where there is a sharp drop in the active visitors observed on the chat visual page?
The number we are seeing recently is like 1/10 of what it used to be.
We did not enable high load dashboard or something, and it has been a month without a practical solution.
