HI,

I'm trying to do Our company's AD integration with ZenDesk. 

I followed the document provided by ZenDesk.

https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408832064922-Configure-Zendesk-for-your-Active-Directory-Microsoft-environment

Still not able sync the AD with ZenDesk repository.

I contacted the ZenDesk thru online Chat and emails but no solution has been provided yet.

Please help
