Zendesk Explore: Chat comments
RespondidaIs there a way to report on the Chat satisfaction comments? For example, [Chat ID], [Chat Date], [comment] in the last seven days where the Chat is rated as bad? I had trouble finding any field similar to the word 'comment' in Zendesk Explore: Chats.

por lo visto la unica solucion de eso es pasar los chats a tickets, por ahora no exista una manera masiva para obtener los comentarios de los chats
