Feature request: Trigger condition email

    Tickets inherit the tags associated with their user's account. Although you cannot user a specific email in a trigger, you can look for a tag.

    So you could add a tag to the relevant users and use that tag in your trigger condition along with the subject text condition.

    I am not sure we are talking about the same thing. Scenario:

    1. our customer emails us

    2. a ticket is generated

    3. we want to use a Condition to set status on ticket based on the email of the customer


    It would make sense if there was a field in Condition like "Requester email". Are you saying there is something similar?
