Email Sent Duplicate
Hello,
I have an automation which does the following action : When my Zendesk ticket goes to the status "To be deployed", an email is send to the requester, in order to tell him that his bug will be solved soon.
Most of the times, the automation is working correctly. But, sometimes, in the events of the ticket, I can see that the action is duplicate and so the email is sent two times.
Can someone help me to know why the event is duplicate ?

Would need to see the conditions of your automation. Can you post a screen shot or list them?
