We have recently trialed an app called Kaizo, which provides upto date figures for the number of handled tickets per agent that day, week, month etc.
We have always been advised that it was not possible to obtain this information within Zendesk and that all reports were 1 hour behind.
I wondered if anyone had a solution for this becuase Kaizo must obtain the information from somewhere in Zendesk to be able to display it.
