Publish internal notes along side a public article

Hi Rick Brock, thank you for your feedback. We'll be looking into different types of commenting capabilities on articles in the future and I'll make sure to take your case under consideration. 

Seconding this, this is something we've wanted for years now. We've created entire workflows in Jira to try and track the history of why we made changes to guides. It would be much easier to have an in-app way of noting, "Don't change paragraph three without discussing with Legal first" etc etc.
