We are including the ticket attachments in our public replies to your customer instead of the download link. Due to the attachment size limits, sometimes though our emails reach the customer without attachment and the download link only.
The download link is placed at the very bottom of the email, after the signature.
Since we have a brand default signatures, with several lines, icons, disclaimer, etc. occasionally the customers don't see the download link for the attachments.
We would like to have the option to place the download link before the signature or another place within the public reply.
