Bounceback notification or status indicator
Hello,
A useful feature will be email bounceback report or status indicator, particularly in the side conversation tool.
There have been instances where a side conversation was initiated, and the team did not receive feedback from Zendesk tool that there was a delivery issue.

Hi Ivan. Much of the time, bounceback emails don't include the info necessary to tie it back to a side conversation, unfortunately. There is some exploration around collecting delivery status at a lower level, though, so hopefully side conversations will be able to take advantage of that if it becomes available.
