"Get Help" Not opening support chat to Zendesk teamRespondida
I'm having an issue that I need assistance with. Typically I would simply go to the "Get Help" link under my profile. The chat is not opening.
We have two Zendesk instances and this is happening in both of them.
Apologies if you already tried these things but:
1. Can you check if another browser resolves the issue? Or can you try clearing your cache and cookies, and seeing if that does the trick?

Mine too is doing this. I've tried clearing cashe and also tried in Edge as well as Chrome.
