    I see you have a ticket open with our Finance team regarding account reactivation. They will be the team to help get you up and running again. Someone from their team will follow up with you as soon as they can :)

    Hi ZenDesk Support, I cannot login to my old account, the account seems to be deleted, i did not receive any warning of this of notification, i need to re-activate my account. I created this account to specifically contact support because when the chat bot sent me a "code" i never received it, how do i speak to a live person to get my account re-activated and my info back up? Please help, thank you.
