I tried to login to billing and it asked me to key in subdomain which I have never registered for it. I have a monthly recurring charges for zendesk chat but I dont have a subdomain with zendesk(xx.zendesk.com). I have no way to login to my account at all.
I asked for this: Don't remember your company's URL?
and I receive the email but when I key in it says my email is not registered with zendesk.
Thats the email I received from zendesk about my billing.
Why are you guys making turning things around like this?
What should I do now? I jsut want to login to my account! That simple.
