Suspended Netsuite emails

Hey Rox - Unfortunately, I haven't found many great workarounds, but I have used an app called Shredder (https://www.zendesk.com/marketplace/apps/support/94512/shredder/) which helps make this process a little easier.

We've essentially setup rules to automatically flag the email responses to Netsuite emails in Shredder to make the process of unsuspending them pretty quick & easy to do. They also have a paid version that would allow you to automatically unsuspend emails based on the rules you've setup.

Is there a resolution to this? We have many of our customers beginning to use NetSuite. All of their POs go into the suspended folder. 

Hey Beth Flores - Here's the latest update from Zendesk's team but it doesn't sound like they will be moving forward with loosening their suspension rules for security reasons.

Hopefully the workaround I provided above could be helpful for you as it really helped our team when we had this use case.
