Recently Zendesk has removed the ability to sort by Subject in the views.
This is an important feature for us since our agents often have to update multiple customers at a time and sorting by Subject helps them locate tickets with similar/same subjects.
Not having this ability leads us to spending more time on searching for related tickets and updating them one by one, which far from time-efficient.
Please, consider bringing back this functionality.
