Updating Custom Fields from CSV
Is there a way to update fields in a ticket with information from a CSV?
In my case, I want to be able to add a serial number (custom field) and add an affiliated email to the CC:. We have people in my department that oversee the productivity of a location that is defined by it's serial number.
Other departments create tickets for the machine with that serial number, but our department is the customer facing department and it would be great to be kept in the loop through email if there are situations happening at a customers location that my department should be aware of.

Not directly. Can i ask what the scale of your need is? Roughly how many serial numbers and email address are you dealing with? And what kind of ticket field are you using to hold the serial number?
