Public Reply box bug
There seems to be a few issues with this text space for public reply and internal comments.
We are unable to use right click spelling correction, which is very inconvenient and not user-friendly at all. This decreases efficiency in our daily work.
Further there seems to be an issue when trying to place the cursor at a specific spot to start writing, it automatically resets back to the last position and will not stay at the new placement unless repeating the action several times. Thanks

Can you please provide a screenshot to describe the lack of space in the composer? For the second point, were you able to raise this issue with Zendesk support? Is this an issue while typing a particular language?

Regarding Spell-Check it is not related to a specific language, but simply will not change to the proposed, correct word when clicking on it. Even after several times nothing happens.
Regarding the curser position (not sure how to capture the issue in a screenshot) this happens very sporadically and it seems that Zendesk might not be fast enough to recognize the new cursor location perhaps? For example I place my curser in the beginning of the text to type something, however right away jumps back to the location before and my text is then at the wrong location. I usually have to re-click the wanted location in order for it to stay so I can start typing my text.
