    Hey there,
     
    It looks like you have a ticket open with our Finance team to get this issue resolved. From what I can tell, your account is already pending cancelation so you should be all set. Someone from our Finance team will follow up with you and share more information.

    I've been trying to cancel my subscription and I can't.  Ive emailed and apparently there is no longer an email for support.  I can't find where to cancel on my account. The option to cancel is no where on my account. Ive never experienced so much difficulty trying to cancel. I just got billed again yesterday.  Ive never used my account, I need to cancel and I need this refunded.

    Hi Dave, can you please add my account to the 'to be canceled' list and have your Finance team reach out to us, so I can provide you/them with the required information.  We switched to another product and forwarded our CNAME record, but now can't access the Admin panel to cancel.  Thank you.

    I think I need one too. I know we have an account with you the last tech guy created—but I can't figure out how to cancel it. I don't know where the product is installed, so I don't know how to open the product to do it.

    With all the comments trying to close their account, and no means to do so… and no response to email support, I have to ask:
    Is Zendesk going out of business?
