I spoke to ZenDesk support, and as of right now, there is no way to add 'Followers' as one of the condition for custom tickets. (The alternative route is to "clicking on your avatar in the top right and then "View Profile." Once opened, click on the "Assigned Ticket" dropdown and you will see an option to change to see tickets that you are a follower on")
Tickets that you are a follower on have to be either looked up via the method above or through email replies. Please add 'Followers' as one of the conditions. Thanks!
