My Vietnamese users cannot use WiFi to access the Zendesk website. Using mobile network 4G/5G can be accessed normally. What is the reason? The web operator is FPT.VN

    Hello,

    We have a published article pertaining to issues in Vietnam that you can read more in detail here. A short summary would be, access issues is not caused or is an issue on Zendesk's side but network providers or ISPs imposing blocks which we have no control off.

    We'd suggest reaching out the affected users ISPs to further troubleshoot.
