Zendesk Talk Webhooks/Triggers
Hello, I have done some research and see that Zendesk Webhooks and Triggers may partially answer some of my question but don't see the granularity I need for Zendesk Talk events.
I am looking for the ability to execute a webhook upon certain Zendesk Talk events as shown below.
These include the following:
-> Inbound/Outbound Call Answered/Call Accepted (then for that call):
1. Call Hold/Unhold Events
2. Successful Call Transfer Events (both cold transfer and assisted transfer)
3. Call Conference Events (multiparty call)
Any suggestions how to best surface these Zendesk Talk events?

Unfortunately it is not possible to surface Talk events in the granularity that you’re looking for at this time. I can definitely see the benefit in this being an option, so I’d encourage you to create a post in our feedback channel so our product teams will have visibility and be able to deep dive in to your use-case and requirements in more detail.
