Feature Request: Reply to Ticket in a New Email Thread

I would like to allow users to reply to tickets from a new email thread using the replyto address like support+id756347@organization.zendesk.com

We have several email templates from other vendors and want to provide buttons to respond to the ticket. These notification emails would replace the emails sent by Zendesk when the ticket is created.

Is there a way we can provide the MessageID in a new email sent by our vendor?
