Zendesk shortcuts not working on Windows in Chrome
Agents using Chrome on Windows aren’t able to use shortcuts like ctrl + alt + Down or ctrl + alt + J in Support. There doesn’t appear to be an issue in Firefox or Chrome on Mac.

Hi Ed! This doesn't appear to be a widespread issue and may be related to a browser extension or conflicting apps with similar keyboard shortcuts on the Windows machine. I'll go ahead and create a ticket for you and we can take it from there!
