Is there a way for the Zendesk Answer bot to track free text that is submitted when a issue is not resolved ?

Hi Tendai,

Unfortunately, free text for reporting is not yet reported. However, it's currently in the roadmap but we don't have a tentative date for deployment yet.

There is any update on that case?

Not being able to see the message history of unresolved tickets by the answer bot prevents us from improving our flow.

Is this possible yet? I'm with the writer above; how can we improve our flow if we don't know what caused the unresolved?

Agreed. We can only make improvements if free-text reporting is available.

Would love an update to this. Having a hard time understanding what value to get out of the bot and how to make improvements.
