Bulk actions - Import users and creating ticket via email with the form format

Dear Team and all,

Firstly, I would like to ask question regarding how to import users in Bulk actions function.

in Admin center, I would like to synchronized with our domain AD however after i click the "import users" button, it only shows blank. Is there any first step i need to follow before i click "Import users"?

2. some of users will write an email to create a ticket. Does form can be set up in the email?

Hello! If you are seeing a blank screen when opening the Import users tab, please have your account owner contact our Customer Support team to enable imports for you. 

We don't have any built-in functionality that hosts a form within the email itself, but all emails will create a ticket in Zendesk. Once the ticket is created, it will use the default Ticket form on your account unless you set it to be associated with a different form. From there your agents can set the ticket fields to the correct values.
