Est-ce qu'il existe un moyen d'offrir la possibilité aux clients d'exporter eux-mêmes leurs tickets sous format csv directement depuis la page "Mes demandes" ?

    I think the option to export the list to pdf, csv or other format is something really necessary, easy to implement and would add great benefit to the customer.
