FEATURE REQUEST: 'export to Excel/CSV' from Manage Articles lists
This is a repeat request relating to:
this
this one
and this one
I'd like to see exactly the same possibility, meaning, adding export to Excel/CSV under the hamburger within Lists under Manage Articles. Not being able to export the current 'as is' state of your KB on demand isn't user-friendly. This would be records only with indications of their setup, not the body of the article.
Swifteq does it, however I'm not keen on using 3rd party tool anymore, especially that it takes time to generate that report, plus it doesn't understand Zendesk's taxonomy (it treats subsections equally to sections, meaning - displays them as if they belonged to the main category instead of particular sections).
Thanks!

Marcin Lichon thank you for mentioning Swifteq.
I understand that exporting articles is an important task that you need to do regularly, so I've updated the app to allow you to export them without link checking. This will take much less time than previously.
Also I will be worikng soon on including the subsections in the export where available.
