Zendesk Sell Audit Log?

Is there a way we can access an audit log for changes made on Zendesk Sell? Right now I have no way of knowing:

  • Who deleted a note or who edited a note, or when these events took place
  • Deal stage change history, and who performed those actions
  • Who deleted a deal and when

There seems to be a detailed audit log endpoint and feature available for Support but nothing for Sell. 

Since everything is hard deleted, I have no way of monitoring the changes listed above, which is very important for me and also very frustrating that I need to try and create functions around this.

 

Are there any plans or workarounds to get an audit log for Zendesk Sell?

    Hi Nicholas! Totally understandable question, but unfortunately we do not have any sort of audit logging functionality for Sell. If there is a specific situation you'd like to have investigated, I can put you in touch with a team here that can assist you with that, so let me know and I'll be glad to do so!
