Bulk Update Don't Chane Assignee
I am bulk updating fields on tickets (not the group) - is there a way to not update the assignee to myself? I have the field Assignee on the bulk update to No Change but it changes to myself every time.

Hi Nora - given that you are technically updating the tickets hence it will look for either a group or an agent assignee hence being reassigned to you since you're the "current_user".
Why don't you create a trigger instead to fill out ticket field/s upon ticket creation instead of manually updating them in bulk? -
