I'm currently integrating the Zendesk Support SDK 5.0.1 into my application in order to display Help Center content within the app. However, I'm experiencing an issue where, if the data in the Help Center fails to load, the page automatically redirects to a 'Contact Us' page. This happens to Android app only according to our observation.
I want to confirm if this redirect flow is defined by the SDK and where the content users fill out on the contact us page will be submitted to. Is there any specific way to control the SDK's behavior in this scenario, or is this just the default behavior with no options to modify?
