Zendesk App for Time Tracking by Organization

I'm looking for an App that tracks time spent in ticket and allows me to run a report by organization to see how much time our support team has spent supporting the particular organziation.

    Hi Brandon,

    In addition to Vanessa's suggestion to try the Time Tracking App. The app tracks the time spent on each ticket update, and stores this with the ticket. With Explore, you can create calculated metrics that contain this information, and use them to produce reports.
