Voltar uma ou mais etapas na conversa com o Bot

Verifiquei que hoje não temos a possibilidade de voltar uma etapa do fluxo de conversa com o bot do Zendesk caso o cliente erre ou deseje falar sobre outro tema sem precisar voltar para o inicio da conversa. Acho que esse recurso seria muito útil para facilitar e agilizar a comunicação com o cliente.

Customer feedback, translated (please excuse any errors)
I found that today we are unable to return a stage of the conversation flow with the Zendesk bot if the customer makes a mistake or wishes to talk about another topic without having to go back to the beginning of the conversation. I think this feature would be very useful to facilitate and expedite communication with the customer.
