Zendesk - creating a basic chatbot on whatsapp is almost impossible

A simple flow builder with different input and output types that are supported by meta is impossible to build currently via Zendesk. I wish this was there.. This is a basic feature available on all omnichannel platforms. 

If a customer replies to a notification the agent does not see, the context of the message sent.
