リクエスト内容のみを引用できるプレースホルダがほしい

引用して返信したいのですが、下記のようなcommentのプレースホルダを使用すると、どうしても不要な情報まで挿入されます。

{{ticket.latest_public_comment_formatted}}
 

Zendeskのサポートに相談してリキッドマークアップで不要な情報を除く方法を聞きましたが、これでも送信されてきたリクエストによっては不要な情報が入ります。

{{ticket.latest_public_comment| remove: "was not signed in when this comment was submitted. Learn more" }} 

 

リクエスト内容のみを引用できるプレースホルダがほしいです。切実に要望します。

    I consulted with Zendesk support and asked how to remove unnecessary information with liquid markup, but even with this, unnecessary information is included depending on the request sent.

    I want a placeholder that can only quote the details of the request. I'm desperately requesting it.
