I’m facing limitations that prevent me from resolving the storage issue effectively. For instance, when trying to manage data storage, the bulk delete function for users doesn’t allow me to sort by the date updated, making it difficult to bulk delete users who haven’t been updated for certain period (the only option available is by created date)
As for file storage, while there’s a dashboard that shows the overall usage, it’s not possible to generate reports to identify large files or bulk delete tickets based on their size. This makes it harder to reduce storage efficiently, and these restrictions are slowing down the progress.

Hi Nizar! Actually, the GDPR Compliance app for Zendesk can help you. It lets you bulk delete users, tickets, organizations, and attachments. All you need to do is create a list with the conditions you need, including standard fields (e.g., created/updated at …), tags, and custom fields.
Also, it's possible to schedule and automate deletion to run weekly, monthly, or yearly. So, it's a great solution to control your data and file storage.

Hi Nizar Halaoui, regarding the file storage problem, we created the File Manager app, which deletes neither tickets nor users, just attachments. Users can search and sort by flie size, ticket creation date, for example.
Additionally, it is possible to download a CSV file of the search results table, which would allow you to identify the largest files.

If you (or others) have the file storage problem, instead of deleting attachments you could consider our add-on Attachment Storage Offload. We enable storing attachments externally (either on our or your cloud storage), automatically reducing your internal Zendesk storage to the required amount, while keeping all attachments accessible through the sidebar app. (And all at a much much cheaper cost than Zendesk's typical storage add-on)
