Enviar pesquisa de satisfação via mensagem no Whatssapp

Vejo que por mais que estamos usando o WhatsApp, não faz nenhum sentido, que a pesquisa seja clicando em link.

 

Seria possivel que fosse renderizada no WhatsApp, e vir por mensagem ou ate mesmo por botões? Isso ajudaria na dinamica de resposta.
