Re: Email delivery failure notices for agents update

If the tickets are put into Pending or On Hold status and a email delivery notice is triggered, is there any way to set the ticket status to Open so that agents are notified about this more effectively?

 

I was exploring setting up a trigger to do this - but I'm unable to determine how to craft the condition as there doesn't seem to be any relevant attributes specific to the email delivery notice. 

 

Would love your input on this matter, perhaps I'm missing something. If this is currently not possible, I highly recommend adding some kind of tagging (to leverage in a trigger) or functionality for it.

Same needed for us. We need visibility of delivery failures, however, most of the time the agent sets the ticket to pending and we aren't informed that the ticket never reached them. Any notification/trigger/tag would be massively helpful.
