Billing Request: Add AI usage charges by feature/usage

As a Zendesk customer, we would like to utilize more AI features. While we have not been interested in the AI features for Messaging, we are interested in the increased AI features for agents. However, the monthly charge by agent is preventing us from using these features.

While we want to increase agent efficiency, paying per agent on the volume we have is not realistic. We also have other agents in our company that would not use these features at all, but we would be forced to pay for access for them. This prevents company approval for utilizing this feature because the cost to benefit analysis.

Requesting billing options for AI features. Offering options for the usage would mean we could benefit from certain feature during our high volume months but not be burdened by costs for the remaining parts of the year. Especially for a company hoping to use these features for internal/agent purposes and not customer facing, charging on agents means we are paying regardless of usage.
