Save Ticket Summary

We found that the ticket summary is accurate. To facilitate data analysis later, we hope that when a ticket is closed, the system can automatically generate a ticket summary and save it to the system field.

Would be fantastic for reporting, though could put quite a strain on the processing power of the system I imagine. Perhaps it could be an admin feature to turn this on or off so that those who do not use or want it can not use valuable processing power.
