Yes, totally agreed - more granular filtering (specifically per item) in the Audit log is something we currently have on the roadmap for later in the year.

Hey Sydney, Filter by Actor is available in the Audit log in Admin Center where you can search for agent activities and date ranges. End-user activity isn't available currently.
