I had to use Z bot again today and go through 1000 ugly and unhelpful prompts to remove a license. My sales rep doesn't answer their email. This is really a downhill spiral for zendesk.

Satisfaction Comments
Zendesk seems to have done away with their nice satisfaction dashboard and a way to view all of your comments you've received. In explore now, there is no way to see that. Anyone have an ideas?
