For me, having to sing up to and possibly pay for and use a 3rd party (possibly bloated) would be annoying. Personally a very simple poll would be ideal (as per the OP).

Can I ask if this is still working? I tried but can't get the document.ready function to fire, let alone display my Vimeo videos. At the end of the JS file I put this: $(document).ready(function()...

How much is it to add 1 agent? I tried using the GET HELP button but that was useless (I've never had a decent answer from it). Where is the pricing page?
