There is no User Management for the Agents. Like if we want to add which region, the country he/she belongs to, Phone number, Internal Department to which he/she belongs, Last signed in, Created, updated date etc, 

One should be able to filter by these columns, and export to a CSV or Excel for further analytics.

These fields should also be available in Explore for any reporting. Like we don't have the capability to report on the roles. If I want to list the Agents with the Contributor role, I cannot do it in Explore.

Hi Team,

Recently there was an announcement to the changes in Organization page. Can we get something similar to the Agent page as well ?

Like adding a department, region, telephone etc ? There is no way we can categorize Agents apart from the Roles we have today.

Undo is a Must especially when you give an option of Automatic Re-Organize, which screws the widgets. All the 30+ widgets are now screwed when I click Edit on one of the dashboards.

Thanks for this @.... I was able to create this query. To make it look similar to Insights report, can I sort by Requester created - Date by Ascending or Descending ?

Hi Team,

Looks like there is no data available on the creation date of a user in Explore. Insights had this for reporting purpose. Request you to enable this metric in Explore

We need this as we have several raw data reports that were scheduled in Insights. Should I create a Dashboard for all of that to work ?

I was able to schedule Dashboards to End-Users in the organizations using Zendesk Insights Private Schedules created on Dashboard. The same feature/functionality is not at all available in Zendesk Explore which is supposed to be an advanced reporting tool. Dashboards are mainly useful at a Management level and external customer heads who might not be available in Zendesk. We should be able to include them in the dashboard mailing list. This should be a basic feature of any dashboard.

Hi Rachel,

For the "Make the date absolute (ie created_at 4/1/2019)"

You can edit the request_page.hbs and make the timeago=false for all fields.

Edit it for both created_at, udpated_at and publish the code. e.g date created_at timeago=false

You should see an absolute date

Hi Folks,

I wanted to display the exact date for fields "Created" and "Last Activity" fields. Currently, it displays like 2 months ago, 15 days etc. I want it to be the exact date like 12-07-2018. How do I do this ?
