To secure the processing of chat requests, we absolutely need to have the IP of the customer who contacts us to identify him as the owner of the account linked to the request and thus intervene on his account. 
This information is essential for us!

For one type of request, the tickets have a lot of content and are not displayed in full. Indeed, we have to click on "..." to have the whole content.

We noticed that the search engine does not take into account the content not displayed. Is it possible to take it into account please?

I also vote for this option. We need to schedule exceptional closures for training sessions, corporate events ... and to broadcast a specific message during this closing time slot.
The solutions proposed today are not satisfactory because they are a source of error/forgetting.

As part of the setting of the SVI, it would be interesting to have the possibility to schedule the hang-up of the call after listening to a message following a choice in the SVI. Indeed, a choice can be put in place only to deliver information, which does not require the processing of an agent.

We would just have to select in the action field "hang up"
