Please implement this change or provide a way to just disable/hide the updates section.,

3. Remove dashboard updates once ticket is viewed

In the process of going live with Zendesk and can't figure out why there isn't a way to remove or otherwise indicate which updates have been acted on.  I've had requests from both our company owner...
