Hello, 
is it planned, that in the future we can verify the articles via API call? Because we have currently over 20.000 articles and need now to verify them in 30 item batches, which is very annoying. We know that this articles are good quality etc. so no manual verification is necessary for us.

Hello, 
i was just trying to move our app from our sandbox account to our prod account via "zcli apps:update", but than the zcli is searching for the app id which was created in the sandbox. 

But if i do zcli apps:create a new appId will be created, and i need to manage the different app ids in my versioncontrol. but the app should be still the same. 

Why it is not possible to have the same app id deployed in multiple subdomains? Or do i miss here a command? Happy about every hint :-)

Hi Zendesk Team and Community, 

is it possible to use the Create_or_Update_User API to add multiple Organizations to one User? 
We have currently the problem, that we aren't able to import this at once. 
Following Code is not able to add both or at least one organization to the customer. Is there any workaround so that we do not have to import this user twice? IN CSV Import Method it's possible to add multiple organizations via |.. in API it doesn't work.

Hallo,

wird intern geprüft, ob das Thema sekundäre Emails inkl. CC Feld von euch weiterentwickelt wird? 
Wir und sicher andere Unternehmen benötigen diese Funktion, um einem zweiten Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens ebenfalls die Informationen zukommen zu lassen.  
Bestes Beispiel: Wir bekommen ein Ticket von einem Gesellen des Unternehmens die Antwort muss aber ebenfalls an den Meister gesendet werden, da er die Information ebenfalls in seinem E-Mail-Postfach benötigt. 
Geselle und Meister sind bei uns ein Kunde und kann auch nur 1x verrechnet werden. 

Ich hoffe das so eine Funktion in den nächsten Monaten kommt, da die sehr wichtig für uns ist.
