maybe that may also inspire you in your searches— here are some of our case studies with the same approach as yours:
1. You have two types of customers like the Route brand. You might also create two help centers but unite them in one custom landing page that leads to different help centers for diverse types of users (Shoppers and Merchants in case of Route).
2. More than two help centers are implemented at the Riot Games support page — also one of our projects. Here we described it in detail.

Clear navigation
Being able to navigate to a solution quickly is paramount. The quicker customers find answers to their issues, the faster they’ll return to your product or service. So, work on clear navigation and improve the design and usability of your search function. Nothing is more frustrating than scrolling through an impossibly long list of articles or looking for a search bar that’s hard to notice.
Design to match the brand requirements
Okay, it’s a little about the color scheme. A help center isn’t just a faceless FAQ page. Usually, сlients will get there from the main website. So, the help center must align with your brand’s core design principles. Otherwise, a page that seems disconnected from the main business page can be frustrating for clients.
Structured and well-formatted content
The tutorial and advice you provide may be indispensable, but if it’s just presented as plain text without any attention to layout and readability, you risk your customers missing the point you’re trying to convey. This article will cover how to offer end-users suitable contact options when they need help while browsing the Zendesk help center.
This small button in the lower-right corner of the help center lets users see all the options for contacting support staff with just one click on any page.
You can change every link in the contacts widget, or add a new one:
- Link to the website
- Zendesk Chat
- Submit a ticket
- Make a call
- Other contact options
It's possible to change the following:
- title and description
- colors
- link names
- icons
- individual items enabled and disabled.
- events triggered by clicking on an element
