Really would prefer that undelete be a real action...its takes me back to my childhood where I was behind the counter at a store with a jar full of chocolate candy and I reach for it and my hand hits the glass...I can see it and even smell it but I just can't have it.  :-)  Please, Please, Please...

@Michael and @Jeff, I am also trying to build an on-boarding workflow using Power Automate and other products I would appreciate a look at the code also when you have it.  Would love to have all of this in Zendesk, if possible.

Not sure why we have to ask for a simple setting to be added over the course of 3+ years...I can't imagine the programming for this would take all that long.  Please consider as this would make the solution more customizable and flexible for anyone's use case.

Agents are End-Users too.  Need Agents to be able to Rate Tickets on another Brand (which we use for departments)

Hello,

Please enhance the Clone Ticket App that Zendesk developed to fully clone a ticket, even if it has attachments.  Currently the clones do not include attachments, which was originally part of the email request from the customer.  Therefore, it is a half clone or semi clone.
